The Importance Of Customer Segmentation
Customer segmentation divides a customer base into various categories, such as age, gender, interests, spending habits, geographic location, etc.
Customer segmentation is a crucial aspect of business development as it enables a company to directly engage with a specific target market. Customer segmentation improves customer relationships. By directly communicating with your customer base, you can improve your product and better cater to your customer’s needs.
